Erica Jackson
Voice Teacher since October 2018


Erica Jackson is originally from Kansas City. She studied piano, violin, cello, and voice as a young child and the easiest decision she ever made was to major in music. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Music from William Jewell College and a Master of Music in Voice from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She has performed with North Carolina Opera, North Carolina Master Chorale, Concert Singers of Cary, Miami Summer Music Festival, and World Choral Festival. She has recently sung, covered, or studied full or partial roles from Norma, The Ghosts of Versailles, Cold Mountain, Cosi fan tutte, The Cunning Little Vixen, I Capuleti e i Montecchi, and La Cenerentola and performed soprano solos from Missa Solemnis, Messiah, Christ lag in Todesbandem, and Schubert's Magnificat. 


Erica is a bold, thoughtful, and nuanced musician with a fire for sharing her passion for music. She strives to help students find music that resonates with their personalities and interests to help them grow both as musicians and people.
