Morgan Fleming
Violin teacher since August 2019
Morgan is a classically trained violinist who loves to fiddle around when given the chance. Morgan's roots are in classical music, so he knows what the word "rallentando" means and how to perform one. However, his real talent lies in improvisation and feeling the music, not just playing it. He performs regularly on stage and at the Durham Farmer's Market, playing everything from fiddle standards to jazz standards, classical pieces to the Star Wars theme, and even his own improvisations on a theme of "Mary Had a Little Lamb." Morgan looks forward to the opportunity to help your child discover their love of the violin!
